order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.
The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination

Speed Research Inc. is the sole and exclusive owner of the
personal and demographic information that it acquires from
users in the course of administrating Speed Research Inc.,
and will use such as set forth in our Privacy Policy. Information
collected is in two distinct parts: Member information and
aggregated Web User information.
Part 1 - Member Information
Member information collected includes personally identifiable
information that is necessary to conduct business, such as
name, phone number, and email address. Payments made to and
from Speed Research Inc. require the collection of personally
identifiable information that may include credit card numbers
and bank account information. This website takes every precaution
to protect Member information against loss, misuse or alteration.
Access to personally identifiable information is password
protected and restricted within our organization on a need-to-know
basis. We may send Members website and service announcement
updates by email. Members are not able to un-subscribe from
service announcements, which contain important information
about the service. We communicate with Members to provide
requested services and in regards to issues relating to their
account via email or phone.
Part 2 - Aggregated Web User Information
Speed Research Inc. strongly believes in a consumer's right
to privacy. Speed Research Inc. does not engage in the collection,
distribution, sale or use of personally identifiable information
about Web Users, such as email address, name, phone number
and street address. All web user data collected by Speed
Research Inc. as part of the ad serving process is not personally
identifiable (browser type, for example) and is used in aggregate
form. Speed Research Inc. does not conduct individual web
user "profiling."
Remote "cookies" on web user computers and server databases
at Speed Research Inc. facilities are used to store information
by Speed Research Inc. A cookie is a piece of data placed
on the Web User's hard drive by our servers. Cookies are
used to improve the experience web users have when they see
web advertisements. Cookies are not viruses and cannot erase
your hard drive or otherwise damage your computer. Usage
of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable
information. As with all Web content delivery systems, Speed
Research Inc. records information about the interaction between
a web user's browser and our servers. Browsers typically
provide the browser version, the operating system, and the
IP address of the computer in use. This non-personally identifiable
information is collected from Web Users to assist in the
proper function of our service. Speed Research Inc. does
not collect, use, sell, or purchase Web User information
that is personally identifiable.
Protecting the privacy of children is VERY important to us.
For that reason we do not structure any part of our subscriber
or affiliate services to attract anyone under the age of
13. Our system does not allow anyone under the age of 13
to join as a member or an affiliate. If parents believe their
