Warranty Policy Speed Research Inc. warrants all products sold by Speed Research, Inc. against manufacturing defects for the period of 1 year from original invoice date. Products that have been used for any purpose other than Speed Research Inc.'s intended purpose or installed by an unqualified technician are not covered by this warranty. Warranty is void for any owner other than the original owner verifiable by original purchase receipt. Crash damage, damage due to handling and normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Return Policy Speed Research will accept a return for a full refund if the product has any manufacturing defects for the duration of the one (1) year warranty period. A refund in US Dollars will be given in the manner in which original payment was made. Speed Research will offer a manufacturer credit to exchange for any other Speed Research product in case of shipping errors or errors in product order specification. Speed Research will charge a 5% restocking fee for a return of any product in new condition that has not been installed or damaged, in the original packaging with packing contents, which is received within 14 calendar days of original receipt of the order. With the exception of returns for warranty or Speed Research shipping error, Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
